The two ladies are really nice and talks very nicely and do their job effeciently. They are really quick in taking blood sample and you will feel nothing.nThere is only one issue...the smell inside the clinic is weird, may be because of lack of vantilation.
The phlebotomist, Karen is great, friendly and her service is excellent. She does draws the bloods accurately. It's always been difficult for phlebotomist to do and always end up with swelling and lot area punctured
