After paying $5 to print 7 pages (which I was fine with), I was informed that using a single staple would cost me extra. According to their own website, the cost of a pack of 5000 staples is $2.78. Pretty sure that using their printing services is the closest I'll get to flying on Ryanair before 2025.
Wanted to purchase a new computer. Waited for an assistant waited and waited and waited. Staff walking past would not make eye contact. Finally managed to attract an assistant. This person unfortunately knew nothing about computers and only mumbled a few words!! Not at all interested in going back to Office Works. Although they were half a star better than The Good Guys who were down right rude!! Glad to say we had exceptional service at Harvey Norman!!
Editing my previous 5 Star review. I'm completely over Officeworks as a whole. Yet again a large queue at the print section... AND... 3-4 bumbling staff members yapping away laughing and joking by the front door.
I am stoked because i was told at Harvey Norman that there was no Stoke anywhere in Australia and then at officeworks the lady on the phone helped me straight away and it was collected the day later!!! So happy ud83dude01 especially this time of year!
Your Osborne park store owes my father an apology for your staffs disgraceful behaviour.nnAt the checkout just now a staff member knocked my 70 yr old father into the metal shelving units after the staff member barged past with a trolly.nnMy father now has bleeding lacerations down the middle finger of his left hand to his wrist.nnWe were offered no apology by staff or concerns about his injury!nnThis new lockdown is no excuse for panic or unprofessional behaviour.
