Margaret River Surgery - Dr Bucat R

Dr Sweeny is a lovely lady doctor who has helped me with all my health enquiries. I havnt had a GP in years but she does such a great job that now I'm reluctant to move towns.

Disgraceful experience today. Had an appointment booked for my 8yo daughter who has unexplained back pain, we waited 45 minutes to discover the lady working at the front desk had not put us in the que and went off to lunch, then another 25 mins later when I enquirered again was told that the Doc should have seen us straight away after my previous enquiry. We were the only people in the waiting room, can we be that invisible? We had another appointment to go to so I walked out after 1.5 hours waiting for nothing. We were travelling through Margaret River so now I have to try and get her another appointment elsewhere while her pain continues. I understand Doctors can run late, which is why I waited 45 mins to even ask, but to be completely forgotten and ignored twice is disgusting.
