Australia Post

Had a complaint regarding my delivery or lack thereof, and a young woman named Dana helped me out. She is a credit to Australia Post. Polite , understanding and very professional. Well done Dana.

I picked my parcel up last Friday when everything lock down.But stuff still waited here and offer service ,which made me surprise.the stuff was so nice and very helpful.

Was home all day and the driver didn't even knock on my door, now I have to collect.

It would be NICE that you update the new schedule here and not only in the door of the building with a paper sign (not everyone has a car you know?). For everyone, they are working till 5pm now.

The collection here is so easy. Good parking, easy to find and this post office actually caters for those who work either full time or part time and can't make it to the post office by 5pm (it's open till 7pm which is honestly so helpful). The staff are also lovely.
