I've been visiting this office for over 10yrs now and have always found the service helpful and friendly. The only let down is the lack of parking in the area, especially when collecting large parcels and having no choice but carry them a long way back to the car

Extremely rude staff. Wasn't able to collect a parcel even though I had my tracking information from Aus Post text. Condescending and intolerable.
