I had a body massage and it is nice to treat yourself while you’re there. Though I wish a little head or feet massage is included considering the price you pay. The massage is softer than a Thai massage so if you’re used to Thai massage you should ask for firm pressure.nMust book in advance to secure a spot as they get full being the only spa there.nClean & calming environment with lockers, shower and toilet, temp in the room was just right and staff is very efficient & always professional.nYou have to remove all clothes & wear the disposal underwear, robe & slippers provided. Clothes & personal things can be locked away in your own personal locker.

Red Ochre Spa at Sails in the Desert, Ayers Rock Resort is a calming place after a long day sightseeing around the stunning Red Centre.nnI booked the 90 minute Uluru Recovery massage and Courtney was amazing. At $195, the treatment was excellent value for money for a 5 star property.nnHighly recommended.
