Today's storm caused a power surge which caused my PC and the powerboard to self destruct. Fortunately, I had heard that there is now an IT place here in Ocean Grove, so I called in high hopes. Jordan was a miracle worker! He interrupted his flat out afternoon and patiently talked me through a resuscitation strategy... and it worked! I was very impressed with his diagnostic ability, but also his willingness to help out. Even better, not only did I not have to trek into Geelong on a cold, wet Friday afternoon, but I didn't even have to wait until Monday, dreading the seemingly likely diagnosis of the loss of my hard drive, with all our small business reports, accounts etc. I would highly recommend Jordan and Bay IT and will definitely switch to using them as our IT go to service.
