Usually a 5 star service and I come here very often but unfortunately on this particular time and just my luck it was anew barber who completely butchered my hair cut... I am not happy at all. He did not listen to what I wanted at all. I small trim on top ended up been 70% of my hair gone...

I’ve been getting my cuts here the last 4-5 times, and although I’ve been generally happy, my haircut yesterday and the service was VERY disappointing and quite frustrating to be honest with you. There was an inexperienced barber working alongside the usual barber. With my luck I got the guy that started new. Before he started I showed BOTH the normal barber and inexperienced barber a photo of the haircut I wanted and told them the number on the side and to blend it in and they said ok. The guy doing my haircut didn’t know what he was doing at all, which was clearly evident because he put a zig zag on the side of my hair with his failed attempt to blend my hair. I could tell he was clueless cause he just kept doing the same thing and then put down the clippers and was looking around what to do next.nnThanks to that inexperienced guy he took almost 1 hour to do my hair that usually takes 30-35 minutes max. I was there in the chair at 11.20am and didn’t leave until 12.10pm. I can also see on the sides that my haircut is so different. One side my fade is high and noticeable, the other side it looks completely different and there’s no blending in at all.nnThe guy still charged me the full price of my haircut even though my haircut took almost 1 hour and there were so many mistakes and it’s still noticeable now. You guys wasted my time and I didn’t get the efficient service or haircut that I payed for, which is appalling.nnLastly, an important tip to the manager or guy working with him yesterday: Before letting your barber cut someone’s hair make sure they’ve learnt all the key skills with cutting hair, they feel confident, and they know what they’re doing because that ‘barber’ doesn’t know how to cut hair at all.

Customer service was great and made me feel very comfortable,I am very happy with my hair cut and will be going back again.Sam was a true gentleman and a real Barber that takes pride in his work ...

Husband goes here regularly. We live 15 minutes away and he always chooses to get a cut here. By far best barber in Fairfield area.
