Have been waiting for assistance for 3 hours, to find out the call centre sent roadside assist to wrong address, 30mins away. Still waiting.

My car broke down in literally the middle of nowhere. Called customer service, they were great from the get go while I was stressing out!! They sent someone out who figured out what the actual problem was, it ended up being more than just a problem with the battery but the person had me back on the road in 10 minutes!

My car simply wouldn't start after everything was fine 10 minutes prior. 365 were there within 15 minutes. Turned out the battery crapped itself. Up and running in record time. Exactly what an organisation like this is about.

I broke down last week and the team at 365 were very helpful. The operator kept me informed at all times and the mechanic had me back on the road very quickly. Would use them again

Called the Toyota roadside assistance line in the manual and got a hold of these guys.nnCan’t compliment them more for the service they provided. From the customer service Rep who walked through options to the tow truck driver that turned up with a flatbed to take our RAV4 away at 1030pm!
