The Individual Wig

Very disappointing. An incredibly small range. I was expecting to be able to try on a range of wigs and to be educated, instead they had very few real hair wigs available in store. The shop is also very dark, old and depressing. The ladies are nice enough but this was a wasted trip as I am going through chemo.

Cheryl and Roz where absolutely amazing. So accommodating from start to finish. Cheryl made room for me at the last minute and then ordered a wig for myself last minute. Cheryl is ridiculously kind and compassionate. Cheryl has had the business for over 20 years. !!! Not many independent retail business can say those words. Cheryl and Roz make you feel so comfortable from start to finish. If your after a wig , there is only one place to go “The individual wig”.

I went into this store last week and just wanted to let you know, I was so pleased to find a place where the staff are friendly and informative.. My experience from start to finish was amazing.. I found a perfect wig that was styled perfectly for my face shape. It was just what I needed for a boost in confidence before the family arrives over the Christmas period.. Thank you Cheryl you have amazing knowledge with wigs, and you helped me find the perfect wig, the time you spent with me was much appreciated. I look forward to seeing you again for my next visit.

Excellent customer service from the get go. The ladies at The Individual Wig have a good sense of fun, are knowledgeable and very helpful. They exceeded my expectations.
