We have installed 3 cameras, they were working fine then one of the camera keeps showing loading on Android phone, but the other 2 cameras are fine. Emailed them and they just tell you to restart and make sure cameras are installed properly.nHello? They were fine and might have faulty camera, just that this company does not want to honor or deal with faulty cameras.nDon't bother buying from this company.n*We paid full price for this system!nnEdited 20 March 2021nI was in contact with Andy Ford, and surely he takes his time to replying to emails. Taking 2-3 days to reply, and no reply to my last email.nIf you say troubleshooting is to check the camera is not damaged or cable is connected, then Andy has said that in his email. I replied and there is no response eversince.

I've just bought my second home system from these guys and now won't go anywhere else. The prices are the most competitive around and it was no fuss at all to get it. In the middle of Xmas deliveries and covid it arrived from interstate within 48hrs of buying it, in excellent condition. Didn't even have to pay a delivery fee.

very helpful selecting system for elderly parents installed it had problems sensor lights not working spoke to Craig he was very aggressive told me read manual as his senor lights work even though others on the net have same issue he totally scrubbed me off in end said to contact Swann direct. WE brought two systems in the end from them but WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU WANT AFTER SALES SERVICE

Helpful and friendly. Gave good advise, price was the best and delivery was really prompt. I would buy again from them.

After having our minds over loaded with information, Andy simplified all the info for us. He took his time and we never felt like an inconvenience.
