X10 Hair Extensions

I spent over $800 on a head and a half of 22 inch black European tape in extensions. The experience and hair was really good and everything was blended in well. HOWEVER, within 3 months the extensions began to fade in colour, they shed a LOT all the time and became very knotty and hard to manage when I was out in public.nnI had my hair retapped by another professional hairdresser who advised me to take this up with x10 because this shouldn’t be happening to my extensions within just 3 months. I sent them a message on Instagram and they responded essentially telling me they couldn’t do anything because I went to another hair dresser.nnI wouldn’t recommend this salon nor the extensions they use because for $800 I didn’t expect to have so many issues with them in such a short period of time.nnMy only advice to any other customers considering this salon is to report any issues with your extensions to them ASAP because they charge too much for their extensions and services.
