Had the pleasure of experiencing Fantaseas Houseboats over the Labor Day Long Weekend. For most of us it was our first time on a houseboat and we enjoyed absolutely every minute of it. We can't thank the Team enough for a smooth experience throughout the payment, boarding and unboarding. A Must do whether its just getting the family out and about or a bunch of mates having a ripper time! We will be back, Thank-you

Very good to deal with..had a pump on the toilet break down str8 out and fixed no charge very helpful and great boat to stay aboard

Delightful three-night experience. The house-boatnoffered the perfect get-away in a pristine environment. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The time spent on the houseboat was enjoyable however the communication from the staff was very poor. We did not receive our bond back for over 3 weeks and received no communication during this time. I had to chase up several times and kept being told that the person I needed to talk to wasn't in the office and to call another day. Finally I was able to get back some of the bond but a large deduction was made. This deduction was not mentioned to us, just mysteriously absent from the returned bond. When I tried to ask questions about this through emails they just stopped replying and ignored me.nnSuch a shame that the experience turned sour as the boat was very good quality.nnI am also quite shocked to see how many reviews the company is trying to remove.nn*update, I would not recommend that anyone use this company as their response is absolutely false. There was no communication as to what the deduction was for and there were many emails that were ignored by fantaseas. Very poor service, and an absolute shame as the boat was nice. We have had much better service from other houseboat companies.

Great weekend away, great concept. The major downside with the trip was the ladder to get back onto the boat. It wasn't long enough to get back onto the easily, so spent most of the weekend in the boat instead of the water. Only one rung into the water wasn't simply enough. Only 1 person of our group of 8 was capable of getting back aboard.....
