My husband and I have been clients of Rachael Healan many many years. Rachael is one of the most professional and helpful travel agent that you could possibly use. Her extensive travel experience enables her to put your trip together leaving nothing to chance. Of our many trips she organised for us there has never been any issues at all. She has a very friendly approach and is always available to answer your questions. Even this year which posed unprecedented hurdles she always had a positive attitude to our many questions. Ross & Turner Associates is a very professional company which ensured that all our monies paid for our 2020 overseas trip was refunded in full. We understood the pressure Rachael was under during these times and appreciate how much was involved in getting our money refunded. We have referred family members and friends to Rachael and have always received positive feedback. She is amazing and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. I know as our country and then the world reopens for travel Rachael and her colleagues will be there to facilitate all our future travel plans.

Rachael Heelen who has looked our extended travel arrangements, in our retirement, is the best travel agent we have ever encountered.
