Alisa took my phone call (from the other side of the country - I'm in Adelaide) after a few issues trying to call other Flight Centre numbers and was so helpful. She allowed me to use redeem my gift card over the phone and even found a cheaper flight then I was planning on booking. Excellent service thanks heaps!

I'm not very savy with computers so I walked into the store so someone could help me book a flight to New Zealand.nAs soon as I walked in a friendly gentleman by the name of Matt approached me.nMatt asked me how he could help me.n20mins later I walked out happy and my flights booked.

Wow amazing service Katrina Richmond. I came into the store a couple of weeks ago.A frustrated angry mess. I had been on hold for hours to the online team.nI had booked my fights with for a work trip.I could not reach them as i had to change due to COVID restrictions.nKatrina sat me down and helped me try and sort out the situation while i stayed on hold. She went completely above and beyond for me as the booking was really nothing to do with her or the Helensvale store.She also followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was ok What a gem! from now i will be booking all my travel with Katrina.She was friendly warm and sincere.She jut knew how to deal with an emotional mess like i was. please if you are thinking of booking a trip ask for Katrina.

Laura at the Helensvale branch went above and beyond in booking my flights. I needed a flight at short notice during covid. She was in contact with me constantly offering various flights that were available. I couldn't have got home to spend time with my mum without her. Very highly recommended.

Long wait to talk to someone because online goes round in circles without helping. Staff are great with difficult job
