This lookout is great. However if you’re just going to the Rotary Lookout, don’t be deterred by the sign that says “experienced hikers” at the beginning. It’s an easy walk to the lookout, the path is clear and there are well made steps. You can continue on to other areas, I don’t know what that track is like, so use caution. It can also be a bit windy at the top!

Super views and a well maintained track. Worth doing the whole 4.5km
Fantastic walk to this lookout, the views are well worth it! Take some extra time and make your way to the WWII Radar lookout along this path - make sure you have you walking shoes on!
We have been here many times and love the amazing view, well worth the look
