Stunning views however needs to have more seating. Would be an amazing place if it had a BBQ area or playground so families could enjoy it more. Seems like a waste of a beautiful area, endless potential to attract tourists and locals.

Fabulous views. Shaded seating. Public toilet close. Gardens beautifully maintained. Great monument to Capt Cook. Don't miss it if you are in the area.
Great place for a snack on a rug with a special person.
I'm assuming the best viewpoint closet to the shopping area? Good views of Keppel Islands.
