My dog was groomed at Petstock today. He is usually very anxious but the staff were great and he was very relaxed. He looks gorgeous and is ready to show off his trim!

Was faced by extremely rude staff, I do not recommend coming here at all, especially if there has been a fault by the shop as they will make life unnecessarily hard for you. I brought in a bag of dog food I was told I could exchange for another one by a young staff member. The manager I confronted insinuated me and my partner were lying and told us this couldn't be done. Quote " I know my staff they wouldn't do that". Me and my partner were being very reasonable and simply were confused why this was the reaction and why we weren't compensated. We came to a verdict that the manager would ask the staff member who told us the dog food could be exchanged. This only resulted her to find out this was true. When we came to redeem our money staff were extremely spiteful to the point where they put their hand in the bag of dog food and insinuated it wasn't the real biscuit only for another lady to tell her it was correct. HUMILIATING and DEGRADING, descrimination against us. Horrible horrible experience and I do not feel compensated for as this was completely unprofessional and spiteful. I deserved a lot more respect then this as a polite customer through this whole alldeal
