Click and collect supposed to be more convenient rather than to be annoying. I am totally angry with your Click & collect service in this time. The staff Julie and another one guy at the Northbridge branch are ridiculous and not let me to collect my stuff!!!!!!! I am really unhappy with the policy about this and I have paid it. It should be only see the message from the phone from another branch and it is the most easy way to verify instead of asking to show for ID or physical card. NO ONE will bring the actual card out NOWADAYS is 2020. All cards are in phones right? I have used several of times of click and collect for a year and now I am mad of it because the staff at this branch are totally wasted of my time! I wrote my boyfriend’s name from the order but at the end show my nickname. We have driven two times a day for taking the order and get nothing!!!!!

I had the worst shopping experience with them. Maybe everyone knows they don’t allow returns on vitamins but I did not because it’s not the kind of thing I buy often, because I trusted them as a big brand and also because no one told me so when paying. Def learnt my lesson today. Bought a box of vitamin from them which they kept behind the counter and the price tag couldn’t be seen. The shop assistant told me price was $120 but it came to $145 in the end. I paid for it but had to return it after 5 minutes, and they refused. They can change the product or give you a credit for future, but they can’t do refund. I find it ridiculous. It’s not that you can’t return the product, you just can’t get a refund. They want to keep my money, but I certainly won’t trust them ever again. And the whole return process took about 20 minutes. I’ll definitely think twice if I ever need to buy anything from them again, especially something at this price.

Cheap for on-offer supplements and other toiletries such as shaver blades. Normal priced items are comparable to Woolies. One thing for sure is cheapest is the perfumes.

Pharmacists here have no idea of how to appropriately deal with scripts. Infractions include - Keeping scripts with repeats on them. Dosing the incorrect number of tablets (half as much in one example) Not identifying an emergency scenario and giving the bare minimum of a necessary prescribed medication. Not understanding duty of care. Poor client communication. I honestly have no idea how they are still open.

I received the worst attention and rudeness. An staff girl did not care that I was choosing some products and simply went through to stock products, taking away my access to what I was choosing. After that, I was choosing products in the lower part, so I had to bend down to reach them, but another worker from the pharmacy, went through 6 or 7 times, regardless of whether I was there, so I had to get up and bend over 7 times to continue choosing products. They are the worst staff in the world. Of course, none of the people apologized to me. They don't respect customers. I will never go back to that drugstore.
