Poor service my parcels are left all the time beside the door in bussy area they been stolen few times! Post box is just 2 meters away but postman its to lazy to fill pick up slip or even call to the door not even thinking to call my phone number witch is on each parcel!! Do your job properly guys or don't do it at all!!

Helpful and friendly staff. Easy parking outside and never usually too much of a queue as lots of staff behind the counter. Good gift selection as well. FIVE STARS

Great staff. Were really patient to take photos of our newborn. It took maybe an hour and they were friendly all along. Thanks so much to the nice blond lady with the glasses!

Unreliable and Incompetent. They can't even send you a copy of your photo by email. Their customer service via Facebook seems pretending to try,and of course they'll make you feel like you don't know how to check your email, or understand what do they mean when they said they are busy. I clearly said, the person who attended me can't be so busy to hit ''Send'' button. Yet, they'll make you think you don't know what Is Junk mail, lol. And yes, there's nothing In there too. With the super low quality of the photo, I think It's a waste on my 18$ . Shame on this Hay Street post staff.
