Matt (a Sunderland fan ^_^) was extremely helpful, nice, and flexible. They helped me make things work out even though I had unusual circumstances.

i’ve been using the Auspost pickup service and using this branch as my delivery address for more than a year. never had any issue with this branch. all staff are always nice and easy to deal. very convenient location and always awesome customer service.

I have been to several post offices, such as Baldivis, Warbron, Subi and Melbourne. That one is the nices and the best , great friendly and patient staffs, not only one staff friendly, I have visited there for 2 times, 4 different staffs , they’re very helpful, unforgettable experience. You made me don’t worry about go to post office. thank you so much. all the best .

I usually never post reviews but I feel like the staff at this post office deserve to know that their customer service has always been excellent!! Out of the many Australia Post I've been to, this one is hands down the best.
