Old asian lady at counter - please learn some mannerisms and start treating customers with respect. I avoid her like the plague. Everyone else is great.

I want to complain about the rudeness of the asian woman at the 125 Sterling St Perth WA post office with name tag Helinda. She never says hello, please or thanks. Is very abrupt and unprofessional. I had a look at google reviews for that post office and at least 4 other people have also complained about her!

The staff are always so helpful when I come in here and helped me get value for money by showing me the business app and how to use it

Never call the Post Australia!!! The longest useless speech you can hear in your entire life. People's time is valuable. The recorded voice would tell you every single option on the website !! Also' takes forever until operator talk to you ....

Bad service and snail mail, a NorthBridge to Perth CBD mail, still in the post office for 3 days doesn't even move for a bit
