OzWinds Coburg Brass and Woodwind

We bought the clarinet from this shop two years ago. Recently, I noticed there was a leak of sound in the instrument. Contacted the shop, the most recent service was August 2021 (three month away). My daughter will have an exam on this in two weeks time. Mark George and the team found work around, helped to identify the issues and fixed it in the shop in the last hour on Friday afternoon. Really appreciated this and excellent customer service!

Thank you Brian for helping me with my Hercules Stand. I am no longer able to wear a strap and bought a tall stand thinking that I would be able to play. However, the neck on the stand needed to be bent some more. I went into the store and Brian bent the stand with a vice in his workshop. I was even allowed to come into the workshop. He did this a couple of times after we put a sax on it. I went home and gave it a shot. I was able to play. Hooray! I think the stand might need to be bent a little more, but at least I can play now. Thank you Brian for your help!
