I was appalled at the customer service today which i not only witnessed but also served with by the short dark haired woman that served me today (18.11.20 at 4.40pm), then an elderly lady after me also encountered her unhelpful, rude attitude, this employee made the elderly lady anxious and confused.. I know this cause I spoke to the elderly lady outside, comforted her and reassured her she had just encountered someone who obviously hated her job and she agreed that lady shouldnt be in a customer service role...Australia Post should put her in the back sorting mail! Or on the dole queue!
Usually pretty good customer service here. Just a note to anyone looking for vehicle transfer forms they no longer have them at post offices. You have to download online and print out or get from Department Of Transport
