I saw some bad reviews after googling the address.
But the staff both times I have been into the PO here have been great. Polite, friendly and very quick.
Very polite staff, even secured a package for me that wasn't sent via Australia Post. Previous interactions have been of similar courtesy.

Very very poor customer service 😢
I've been here a few times over the past couple of years and I've only ever received great help and advice from the staff. This post office is much better than North Freo.
