Supercheap Auto Sandown

One of the larger full range stores, staff are good and well organised- which can't be said about stores at other locations. Most of the time they will have what you need in stock, but don't rely on the online stock check, it's always wrong. Plenty of parking including disabled parking and accessible entrance.

Poor customer service. Counter staff could not process my 'special orders' without me providing information of the order. Order was taken by a supervisor at the back information counter and was told to proceed to the cashiers counter to pay for the special order. Told the counter staff I'm paying for a special order placed at the back counter, he could not process my order unless I provide an order number. Thank goodness another more experienced staff came over to help. She understood how to process payments for special order and taught the guy how to do it. The attitude of the guy was unfriendly in a mocking tone. Disappointed with this venue though I had very positive experience in other stores.

Very helpful staff. They saw that I was lost and they came to help me. Also, they advised me to buy a 3 pack instead of 2 x 2 packs which was dearer. Well done!
