Friendly guy. Not only did he happily replace my keyboard with the one I'd given him, but he also went out of his way to fix another issue I was having with my laptop screen that I didn't mention. Very thankful.

I still can't believe how quick the water damage was repaired on my brand new MacBook. I had very good experience with Terry PC. An issue with graphics (integrated with motherboard) was resolved reasonably quickly and at a very good price. I've got an issue with another laptop now, and I know they are the guys I can trust with it - as opposed to others I've tried closer to my area, and who tried to sell me another - older - laptop at a higher cost than the cost of repair here.

Got my laptop fixed here. It wasn't charging. As soon as I walked in they immediately got my details and took the laptop for a free inspection. Two days later I get a call saying its fixed which was very prompt. Paid a fair price, but stopped working once I got home. Took it back and they fully repaired it free of charge, and in good time. Excellent service and customer care.
