Happy friendly staff , but need more pharmacist to work because it's lobg wait for scripts. Applications I downloaded sometimes works sometimes not . Really frustrating but when I see Anthony he makes me smile so you forgot about waiting time. Great job Anthony.

Like many other reviewers my experience with getting a scrip filled was appalling. I waited 25 minutes while watching up to 7 staff members standing behind the perscriptions counter chatting and doing very little else. In that time they collectively managed to fill one scrip! When I decided I couldn’t wait any longer and asked for my unfilled scrip back they said they couldn’t! This place is a definite avoid.

Headless Chooks! These guys appear to have no idea what they're doing. They recently changed from using buzzers (Covid 19 issue) to offering to SMS you when your prescriptions are ready. What was meant to be a 20 minute wait turned into 45 minutes. My prescriptions were "lost" and none of the headless chooks running around could seem to find them. Eventually they found them behind the counters right next to where the pharmacist prepares them. He couldn't see it right under his nose??? On top of that they didn't SMS me when he'd finished them. I had to go and ask if they were ready after 45 minutes. Why offer SMS notification then if nobody is bothered to do it??? This pharmacy seems to be getting worse.

The security guard is rude, supposed to have social distance in place but yet he wanted to check my tiny bag and got too close! Pharmacist wouldn't even answer a question I had and the waiting times are too long over 40 minutes for prescriptions and then you have to wait again to pay.

Make sure you download the app and put your script to collect through there, otherwise wait time for your script is at least 30 mins, if not more. Otherwise it's a good chemist with friendly staff.
