The stuff are absolutely nightmare and store manager is pathetic. What is point of having click and collect if customers have to wait for hours to get items that was ready for pick up. The stuff have zero customer service skill and the manager looks they on drugs.

Why don't they answer the phone ? tried calling them 3 times no answer. tried calling 2 other stores still no answer. I wanted 3dprint filament they don't stop talking about it on there website through google it says that all there stores have it you walk in to one of there stores and they say its not even on there database however they themselves could see that they are advertising it through google ? they need to stop LYING on there website and answer phones calls for stock availability.

Suggest the whole team need a rocket up em! Cannot even answer the phone... any department just been ringing out since Friday whilst chasing an order for a customer of mine. Shocking... I order prints to stores every week across the country and in 99% of cases done within 24 hrs but here 3days n nothing and refuse to answer phones...

The staff is pathetic, i wanted to get my document printed, after waiting for 20 mins in queue she told me that i will get message on my phone once it’s ready, its been 2 hours now and i didn’t got any message, I paid for something which i never received.. That lady and the entire staff deserves 0 stars..
