Experimac Hawthorn

The fellas here had a good look at my water damaged macbook, they communicated the issues and potential issues/ complications of the fix with me thoroughly in easy to understand terms. The laptop was cooked unfortunately but I purchased a refurbished one from Experimac of the same model & year, and the guys even transferred over all my data which made it feel nothing ever happened. Very professional and friendly, thanks guys!

Travis was incredibly helpful. He recovered data on my computer and gave me solid advice about the best way forward with my computer issues. What really pleased me was the quick turnaround time. In on Thursday late in the day and was able to pick up on Saturday morning.

This business is a very special one and I’m very happy with them. They are such a gift to the area. They fixed my M1 MacBook Air and restored it back to life. Couldn’t be happier

Today I took my hard drive to experimac for repair. Neal welcomed me “How can I help you?” I replied “hopefully you can help me?”.nI had my broken hard drive on me.. which I had dropped hard on the floorboards the now usb connection port was rattling around inside the case. I was unable to use it. Agh!nNeal explained it would potentially take 3days for the repair and back-up to complete. I trusted Neal and left the hard drive in his hands. Only to be called an hour later by Jess to say it was ready for pick up!nI really feel that Neal and Jess prioritised my order and I was so excited to pick up my hard drive in it’s new case, working as good as new! Yay! Thanks guys!!
