The old man that works behind the counter was so rude and condescending. Old boy you work at a post office. Pull your head in. Learn some people skills. 1 stars to much.
Holly tried to send me to the back of the queue twice when I was filling out the address details. I had already been waiting in the queue and told her this the first time. Seriously, I was just trying to save everyone time.
So today I went into the Subiaco Post office to renew my passport and unfortunately I forgot one of my ID cards. I was in luck though because the Amazing ‘Holly’ was able to lend me their tablet and fill out another application form. She was very patience, kind, friendly and so so helpful!!! The other staff seemed very friendly and professional as well.
I use this post office for both personal and business post and have always been happy with the service i've received - I don't often have to wait long in the queue to be served (which is very rare in post shops!) and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that when it is busy they have had sometimes had someone walking around with an eftpos terminal so you don't have to queue for simple transactions.
