Have been to many different post offices but I have to say that Bayswater Post Office ìs one of my favourite. Went there many times n very happy with the great and quick service. Staff are helpful n courteous.

The stupid Asian lady that runs this Post Office should be fired. My first experience with this PO was 2 months ago, and she forgot to tell me to take my sunglasses off my head during an ID photo. Needless to say, it was not approved and I had to have the photo retaken. My second encounter was today. I called the Post Office several times at around 330pm, and had a feeling I was getting hung up on. I kept trying until they answered and even asked her if she had hung up on me. She said yes, and that they had a large queue. I told her to figure out how to put people on hold because that was totally unprofessional and she just said nothing. So I hung up. Legit worst post office. Can't wait to move house and never deal with her retardation again.
