Quite sadly extremely impoite service - no greeting or acknowledgement when walked in, continued to do other work (no other customers) gen proceeded to snatch collection card from me and snatched and uttered goodbye. The only words spoken were “how can I help you?” And “goodbye”. Complete disregard for customer service or customer existence.

Always, always friendly and always, always professional.

Really pleasant experience. The guys on the phone were really helpful and informative. Instead of justifying that they can’t do anything like some other stores.

I have just been down to this location to have my passport updated. This is one of the few locations where you don't need to make an appointment to have your photo taken and application lodged. I was served by a lady who was super friendly and helpful! Whilst I was there having the application processed another few customers came through of whom the server knew by name - it was nice to see that old fashion true customer service of a local business who knows their clients! All round great service!
