Still waiting on refunds from owner of Helloworld Travel Brighton after 1 year of an overseas trip being cancelled due to COVID ! Small fees would have been acceptable but this double charging of her own unacceptable fees on top of the third party agency fees she also actually uses to book trips with our money is not welcomed. Please do not book with Helloworld Travel as we did and have no remorse or care shown when trying to get our money back. Our friends who booked through Flight Centre have recouped all their funds many months ago. We are still missing hundreds of dollars and now in the hands of Consumer Business Affairs. Never, ever again!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday arranged by Robyn from Hello World Brighton. As in the past, we received excellent advice when we were planning the trip and once we had decided, all the details of flights and bookings etc were taken care of for us. I would recommend Robyn and her team for their friendly personal and professional service.

Some time ago I booked a trip to Europe and accommodation in Paris with Helloworld Brighton. Due to business commitments I had to defer the trip giving Helloworld Brighton Ample notice to cancel any bookings. I expected there would be costs in cancelling the flight but I did not expect to lose all the money (nearly on thousand dollars) I paid for Hotel accommodation considering I re-booked my trip through them. I still don't know who got the money. GOODBYE HELLOWORLD NEVER AGAIN. Flight Centre have an office just around the corner on Brighton Rd

Disappointing lack of response when wanting to book a European holiday. Just emails saying sorry for the delay. 10 days and just an email with some potential dates of moving from one city to the next and they weren't even correct. No hotels, tours, flights or costs.
