Australia Post, Avenues Centre

Held my package for 9 months! Despite me going in weekly, asking, a package sat there for 9 months before they sent it back to the store. I am in there 1-2 times a week and laugh every time I have to give them my license to prove who I am. There is zero customer service, to not even bother trying to remember me. Packages are all piled up all over the place, they have no system. Always a line up, they are very slow and don’t care. Once, a worker was stocking shelves whilst there was a line up for service. No apology. They’re also quite rude. If you go to the closest counter but they don’t want to use that counter, they will refuse to serve you there and you’ll have to walk to another. Today I went in for a package, without the card and they could not find the package, so I’ve had to leave to go get the card and make another trip.

Came in here for an identity check, from the first moment i gave my paper work they dicouraged me. I arrived at 4.15PM the asian man behind the counter said it takes 30 minutes and may not have time then went on to say you need a series of documents to complete the check. Advised him I have all relevent documentation required to complete this, he then rolled his eyes. Obviously cutting it close to home time at 5pm. He then said we just need to make sure the system is working. Also said we need other document. When i was on the phone getting his information he snapped and said i need the answer. Do not bother coming here. So rude.

poor customer service, 2 visits and still couldn't process a passport renewal. Not even a sorry. Went to Norwood PO and had it done by a lovely lady in 5 minutes.

Horrible service. Never answer their phone and always long queues. Don’t know why Australia Post still allows this shop to exist!

Always a long queue. Gina was nice. The others are unfriendly.
