Took in a MacBook Air for water damage repairs. Fixed promptly and now working as before. Great service, know their stuff. Also had a charging issue a few days later, took it back and they were able to fix (bent pin) at no additional cost. Very thankful. Will be back.

I've been using their services for a long time. Luke has always been able to help solve any of my IT issues. He is knowledgeable and reliable.

Extremely poor communication from the team at MrPC IT Solutions. Dropped off my laptop a month ago after I had spilled water on the device. Was told they would call me back to determine if they could fix the motherboard or else at least perform data recovery. After two weeks I heard nothing. So I called them myself and they said they had successfully recovered my data and to drop off my hard drive for data transfer. I dropped off my hard drive and they said they would call me back once it was completed, but expected it to take less than 24 hours. After a week, still no callback, so I had to proactively call them again. They said my hard drive was corrupt and to bring in a new one. I brought in another hard drive and they said the data recovery was corrupt and they still needed to work through that before transferring data onto the hard drive. It’s been another week and still no call back from the team.nnOverall, poor communication.nWould not recommend.

I'd give Luke and his team 6 stars if I could! My computer is as good as new. They went above and beyond with the repair, doing more than originally quoted - but only in work delivered not cost - when they found additional updates that would ultimately help me. Very happy. :)
