I went to this salon for a simple straight hair cut. Very simple, nothing difficult. I talked to my hairstylist about what I wanted before starting the hair cut. When she finishes the first step of cutting, First, I realised that it was shorter than what we said before starting. Second, it was uneven, that one size was shorter than the other so that means the final length will be even shorter after she fixed. At the end, she did the blow dry and it appeared ok but when I got home and washed and styled myself you can see a big difference between the sides. It was so bad, I even could see pieces of long hair coming out of random places. The worse part is that this was a Senior Stylist that charged me $110. I made a complain by email but by the time they reached to me I already fixed my hair in another salon. They didn't offer me a refund or anything. Just said they sorry and that was it. They washed their hands. I ended up with a pixy haircut to have something decent.

First time here. Clair did a great job cutting my hair. Very happy with the service. Although, i have to say that i was disappointed when they led me to their second salon. I booked the appointment because i walked pass the shop(the original one) and loved the interior. The second salon however is very plain and doesn't look luxurious at all. Feel like it doesn't worth the premium... Still, haircut was good.

Had my wife come in a few times now and the older lady that seems to manage the place needs an attitude adjustment. You pay top dollar and you have to sit there and listen to her bicker about her staff. What looked like a good place based on reviews was a total miss. Quality is fine but there are plenty more places that offer the same if not better quality and make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Been going here for years and have always been mostly satisfied with my cut. Went this past week and spent forever waiting for her to have the time to cut my hair and when she did she said absolutely nothing positive about what I wanted and the current state of my hair. As someone who puts a lot of time and effort into my hair I didn’t appreciate this treatment. The staff who washed and dried my hair were lovely but I left feeling down and not happy as I didn’t get what I asked for when I came in. Being pushed to buy expensive products was also uncomfortable as I’m a student and stated that I couldn’t afford them. I have liked this salon but will most likely go elsewhere next time.
