I have been coming to Irene for several years now and have always come away from my massage extremely happy. Irene is very friendly and helpful and knows where the tightness is-sometimes when I don't even feel it myself. She asks which part of the body I would like her to concentrate on and doesn't just have her routine that she uses for everyone. it is a very individualized session. She is highly skilled and has given me by far the best massages I have ever had.
Overall:
The clinic is well presented and the therapist friendly, considering remedial massage.
The client intake is good and ask questions based on your form you filled out and let you know their treatment plan based on what you want worked on.
During the hands on treatment the were no questions from the therapist asking about pressure/pain/comfort.
If you want a relaxation massage it would suit. But for specific issues and resolving muscle soreness I would stray away.
It's was an extremely gentle massage that I left feeling relaxed but my muscles did not feel worked or the tension had been released that has been causing me headaches for the last week.
I do not recommend massage here at all unfortunately and will not return sadly.
I went to see Irene for my tight shoulders and neck. Irene was able to identify where I needed 'loosening' up quickly and was very effective in her massage on me. Will definitely go back and happy to recommend her to others. Thank you Irene.
After just one session, I have felt so much relief from my back and neck pain. My aching headache is also finally gone! Irene was amazing, extremely professional and paid careful attention to my issues. I’ve already recommended Irene to a number of my friends.
Irene is such an amazing therapist! She was able to treat my aches and pains and knows exactly how to deal with them. I came out of her clinic feeling revitalized and pain free. I'll definitely recommend her!!!
