After I visited because of a discount on Group On, I snapped up their school holiday special of three facials. Once purchased, I did not get given anything and instead was told it will be in the system. I enquired recently to book (and I do understand it has been a while since I made the purchase) and they have no record of my purchase. They then put the onus on me to find the transactions (this requires me to look through all my cards and their transactions for a long period of time - It seems my credit cards only provide an easy search for a certain period of time so I can't see the correct time period). They do have a record of my first visit so I asked them to provide me with the date so I can look up certain dates for the transaction however I have not heard back. If they could simply provide me with the date, I'd show them and ask for my money back. Such poor customer service, I would not want to use their services anyway.

Amazing service. The ladies who work in here are so lovely and take such amazing care of you, they're so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you're really happy with your treatments. I highly recommend as i have always had such amazing experiences.

I had a terrible experience with them. Had a deal for 3 sessions of Lactic peel. First session - Peel was watery didn't do anything, didn't even tingle. Second Session- Peel was so strong, my skin was inflamed for days. Third session did not happen as they forfeited the treatment when I tried to reschedule more than 48 hours in advance putting it on Groupon Policy which was completely untrue when I checked with Groupon! Not Recommended.
