A haven in the middle of a busy city, Sense of Self is such a beautiful location and the minute you step inside you’re transported to a place of serenity. I got the Heavy Hand (remedial massage) and it was incredible. The therapist was very mindful and they combine mindful breath, relaxing music, and beautiful scents with the massage (even a glass of coconut water after) which leaves you feeling very looked after. The owners have done an incredible job, I’ll definitely be back again (probably soon).
Absolutely beautiful interior - like walking into another world as you head up the stairs. Super peaceful and the most lovely people to greet you. The massage itself was divine; I’ve been getting massages for years and this was honestly the best one I’ve ever had. Will be back! Treat your mums-to-be to the pregnancy one - best present ever and I was soooo comfortable.
The most beautiful, relaxing space. Everything has been thought of - from the big to the little details. I’ve had two remedial massages here and both were fantastic. Treat yo self. Can’t wait for their bath house to open.
A slice of heaven in inner Melbourne. Such a beautiful and inviting space, friendly and warm staff, and such a caring massage therapist - I had the Heavy Hand remedial massage and the hedonist scalp treatment, and highly recommend both. Amazing space, the SOS team should be so proud! Will definitely be returning :)
Such an incredible space, with the loveliest people. i had an incredibly hard day, and my therapist was so lovely and considerate to me, and the head of office, treated me with so much warmth. The treatment was amazing. Felt like I was somewhere else for a moment. thank you, thank you!
