Sunshine medical is our family practice our family Dr is Dr Stephanie Choularton ( who we love) but we’re unable to get her. I booked an appointment for my two girls aged 5 & 6 to be seen due to a chesty cough. I followed all procedures and waited in the car, to be followed with a consultation in my vehicle with Dr Russell McDonnell. Very disappointed and upset Dr Russell McDonnell turned down on seeing my two girls until they both had the covid test ( takes 24 hrs for the test to come back).nSaid he will not touch them until they have been tested!!!!nDuring our consultation I told him the symptoms they were both having and Dr McDonnell said “yes I see one of them have had pneumonia in the past” I said yes that’s why I’m here, their chest need checking please??nI drove 50km (100km round trip) into Busselton to our family practice and was declined to be seen.nVery disappointed with the way we were handled by Dr McDonnell today 06/05/2021nKatrina Wilson

The Doctors and staff here are amazing.

They don't bulk bill. They charged me $130! For maybe 16 minutes! Not happy.
