Rude Staff and waiting room is a joke ..nBeen there on a Sat morning with a packed waiting room, over 90 min waiting time ud83eudd28 ..nAlso been there on a week day being the only person in the waiting room and still had to wait 40 min to be called ..nThey definitely need a new system as the one they have is not working efficiently ud83dude10nnAnother visit resulted in NO Blood taken as the lady taking it was incompetent..nShe tried 4 times then tried attacking the veins on back of my hand and I said stop ✋nI have monthly bloods taken at SCG hospitalnNever had a problem before ..nI believe there is only a number of times they can try .. She well crossed that line and wanted to carry on ..

Despite all the bad reviews I’ve decided to give Pathwest Joondalup a try as it was the closest to me.nnMost of the previous reviews are worried about the queue, whilst it was written on the wall as soon as you walked in to stamp/print your form and to leave it on the black tray next to it, after that you may be seated at the waiting room until your name to be called. If you don’t want to wait for long, come first thing as soon as they’re open (If you don’t require fasting blood test come in the afternoon).nnThe ladies there are extremely helpful and caring, they’ trying their best to accommodate to your needs and give you information.nnEven though you the parking isn’t free (well most parking lot isn’t free these days anyway) it’s located right in front of the building, so you won’t have to walk far or even crossing the roadnnDefinitely a nice pathologist center
