Fantastic service and excellent range at affordable prices. I was served by two sales staff who were absolutely wonderful - Clinton and Ciara. Can not fault my experience. I will be back for my next pair of glasses for sure !
I thought I'd leave a review as I've just noticed some bad experiences by others.nnI've had never been to an optometrist in the past so I cant say how the Joondalup office compares, but I had a professional, thorough and friendly visit to Joondalup specsavers.nnAppointment was on time, the optometrist was very informative and helpful, and the sales staff were great.nnOnly minor inconvenience was that the glasses had a 3wk wait, but it's not like this is the fault of the store.nnI'd definitely recommend!

I received exceptional service from Stephanie and Teresa at the Joondalup store yesterday after a 2 years of problems with my vision. Friendly helpful and very good attention to detail. Very professional!!
Avoid, avoid, avoid the Joondalup store and take your business elsewhere.nnI booked an appointment online for my son with the JOONDALUP store on 09.03.21. Huge mistake on my behalf as I should've checked the reviews! Walked in on time and there was a lady there without a name badge who was rude, abrasive and very impatient. She was extremely condescending. Had to ask her the same question in 3 different ways to elicit an adequate response which was simply about the Medicare details provided online and in person. She embarrassed me with her snide remarks in front my son and the rest of the people in the store.nnI didn't want to subject myself to anymore of her behaviour so we went to wait in the area behind the service desk. She then stormed into the same area and slammed our file into the holder with so much force that the file holder reverberated on the wall, which scared me.nnDuring the eye examination, I asked to speak to office/practice manager. I was told that I could do so after the initial eye examination. We went in for our appointment with the optician and I needed to remind the same girl again, if I could speak to the manager. She said I could it now (during my son's appointment) or after. I said let's do it now. I asked her the name of the practice manager, she says it was CINDY. I waited in the back area and she went to stand at the front desk and I had an inkling that it was the same person.nnAnother lovely lady came, told me she was the supervisor and her name was Lindsay. She advised me that the person who had served me was CINDY and she was the owner of the store. If I did complain or request that Cindy obtained some customer service training it wouldn't really go anywhere. I asked what else I could do and was told that I could lodge a complaint with their head office. Which I will be doing.nnThe other staff I dealt with were good at their job but there were lots of side glances and a lack of overall customer care. The whole atmosphere felt toxic.nnWhat is concerning about this experience is the lack of store governance and complaints process. How the onus and responsibility is placed solely on me as a customer. I am astounded at the sheer level of bullying, intimidation and fear this person instills in her staff and customers. A complete dictator. How is this person still maintaining this opticians franchise without any professional courtesy and lack of action by their head office? Head office should read some of the other reviews as I'm not the only one who has experienced this.nnMy advice, for what it's worth, avoid at all costs.
