Attended this morning 7th January 2020 for blood test.. great staff.. Very professional but friendly, lovely staff member this morning made the process easy..

Best one I've been to. Very professional. Very helpful and understanding. I'm not good with needles but I'm happy to go here.

Not Very Happy with my experience i took my 3year old son in to be checked over as he had swelling in his face, had a loss of appetite and had flu symptoms. Dr fearns told me his breathing sounded ok and just to give him a teaspoon of honey a day and he'll be fine. No other tests were done. The following day he woke up and his whole face was swollen and his tummy and legs. My partner and I rushed him to the hospital. They took bloods and a urine sample and he was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome. A type of kidney disease.nHow Dr fearn looked at me like nothing was wrong really annoyed me and i am 98% sure it is because my family and I are kiwis.
