I am horrified at my experience, I took my daughters Iphone to be fixed as battery was dying too fast, I told the guy it was only 18 months old, it took a week and I had to ring him, when we got it back it was worse than before , it turned itself off and there was no audio!!! Then I found out all Iphones have a 24 month warranty, he had a moral and professional obligation to inform me of this , instead he operated on it and voided the warranty ,people might say I should have known but I didnt as I had no idea , but he is supposed to be a phone fixer specialising in Iphones , I dont think for one second he did not have 100% knowledge of this 24 month warranty , my daughter is type 1 diabetic and her phone is her life line and I did explain this to him as well , now I am paying off 2 Iphones , if I could do zero stars this is the time for me , be wary people
Poor mannerism by owner. Would not recommend any lady to go in on your own if they have broken your phone while trying to fix it. I was nearly assaulted by owner I assume. Behaviour was absolutely unacceptable. I’m horrified from event, luckily my two babies weren’t with me. Again disgusted with the owners behaviour. Wish I could rate this 0!!!
