Absolutely dishonest music store. My son's classical guitar strings broke and bought a new set at Tempest Music for $25, later i had to buy another similar set at Mega Music and they charged only $16. Similar set of classical guitar string- a disparity of price. Day light robbery!! Never go back to this Music Store again.. Zero star if possible!!!
Very bad experience. When something happened , the attitude of the shop'maneger was really terrible, always buck-passing, and thought it was customers fault.This is a very disappointing shop, I don't want to come any more. In my opinion it isn't worth one star.
Needed Guitar Strings, they were able to help me get the exact right ones for a good price.
I recently purchased the right fit and sized flute for my child and she was thrilled with the enthusiasm and support offered to her personally to select her own instrument.
