I would like to say I had such a great experience today at our ultrasound. The lady who was performing the ultrasound today in room 3 was SUPER friendly and really professional. She was considerate and always made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

I am giving my review two stars and that is only because the receptionists deserve to be recognised for their friendly and professional service.nWhen it comes to the people actually performing the scans et cetera it is a different story.nI went for an ultrasound and an x-ray on the same day and neither of them were a positive experience.nEven though I had told them several times ( and it was obvious ) that some of my limbs had limited mobility due to medical conditions they seem to get very frustrated when I did not do as I was told and move my body the way they wanted it to go . The person doing the x-ray even put her hands on my arm several times to try and move it back or forward rather than simply telling me what she wanted me to do.nEach time she did this it caused me pain and she did not seem to register at all that there were certain things that I was just not physically capable of doing. The people performing the ultrasound seem to get quite exasperated as well although I can assure you if I could move my arm and wrist I would have done.nI think the staff should be better trained and should be specifically taught NOT to touch the patient and instead give them verbal directions or point to what they needed them to do or where they wanted them to move. I will not be going back to this facility.

I managed to get an ultrasound booking within an hour of phoning due to a cancellation at Morley. Also needed an x-ray which is done on a walk-in basis. This was done before the ultrasound. Minimal waiting. Friendly, welcoming receptionists and staff. Very nice premises. Bulk billing. Report for my GP will be available for my follow up appointment. Overall, a really positive experience!

The staff here are wonderful, friendly and kind. Dr Ryan Kong is the best doctor I have had for effective treatments delivered with great care and skill and also with minimum pain. After 10 years of hit and miss with other doctors, and often very painful experiences, I always ask for Dr Ryan. He is a perfectionist as well as being efficient and caring.
