SKG Radiology Morley

Had my 18th antenatal scan 8.30am yesterday 28/4/2021 at Morley SKGnn- the receptionist (with a funny mask) was very friendly;n- the scan carried by the (male) trainee and staff was throughout, professional, informative. Esp. the trainee, he was so friendly, caring and passionate about telling us the parts of the body he scanned on our baby. He took joy in the process and which made our encounter precious and enjoyable;n- the scan results were uploaded so quickly, within hours on the same day, on the patient portal which we can share with the rest of the families;n- really appreciate my husband was allowed to be in the room the whole time with me. This means so much to us.nnThe whole process was enjoyable compared to the services I received at other providers.nnThank you!

My experience here today was excellent,the customer service from the Reception to the Radiograher was a credit to their Management. The staff were patient & informative to everyone i saw them deal with. Keep up the good work Team Morley.

Great place for having ultrasound. Couldnt get an appointment earlier than three weeks away. Friendly staff especially radiologist. First morning appointment. Very happy. Thanks ladies!

One star is for the radiologists as they were really detailed, but the reception service was appalling. The reception was rude, condescending and I felt verbally attacked everytime they spoke and interacted with us. Ruined my day, I do not need to go through this emotional abuse just to get a medical scan.

Very rude and slow service, kept my pregnant wife and 2yr old waiting for 55 minutes with no explanation or apologie. Discusting.
