The entire process was easy, met Klaus, got my eye test and hearing which is good . Ordered 2 pairs, however went to pick my glasses the lady seemed rushed I kept telling her it’s loose, but she’s kept adjusting with her hand; in the past they had a machine to tighten, the lady bended arms so now it’s hard to open my glasses since the arms are crossed over. Perhaps more training is required. Always happy been going to spec savers for years.

Horrible service, especially customer agent Gargi . No help, rude service. I placed order for lenses and after3 weeks, they hav no clue whr is it. Better go other stores.. not even apologetic.

Visited the shop today, the one at the bottom fllpr, close to woolies, and i was amazed.nThe team, Dr. Long and the amazing Kylie were just super. Even though it is such a busy time for them, they manage to squeeze me in, give me all the help, time and advice. I felt so good and really recommend them. Really good job and team effort.

Incredibly rude staff. I had an emergency where I absolutely needed new glasses as soon as possible and some contact lenses. Instead of even trying to listen to me the lady at the counter told me I would have to make an appointment. I was there at 8.35am the store was empty except for at least two employees that I could see. But none of them seemed to want to take time and care about me. Devastated I went to OPSM where the staff was super friendly and helpful and got me an appointment straight away. I will not try specsavers again, even if it could save a couple of bucks. The extremely unfriendliness is just ridiculous.
