My daughter went in today and the 2 ladies couldn’t find a vein. How incompetent.nThe ladies attempted 5 times. Then she had to go to St John of God Hospital in Mt Lawley to get Her blood taken. Thank you Mt Lawley.

I visited today and I am appalled with the lady working this afternoon. The medical reciptionist told me to go into the clinpath to get some water as my daughter needed to do a wee sample, the lady was very rude about it and as I walked out the lady was complaining to another patient about me going in.nSecondly I had to go back in to the clinipath to drop the sample off. Again very rude, I told her i was in to drop the wee sample off and she says well come around here them in a foul manner. Will not be back if this is the type of staff that are working in a customer service based job.

Called to confirm they are open till 6 and let them know i would be there just after 5, drive all the way n find them gone home early... i called at 3pm????nNot happy as this is the 2nd time its happened. Absolutely terrible and i wonder if your Manager knows you leave as and when you please

The young lady who took my blood was very nice , I was a bit nervous as my veins are hard to find and usually causes me pain when i have my blood taken . However the girl was very professional and assured me that everything would be fine and it did not hurt at allnnThank you
